This service is for the unique video and picture requests we get. This charge is for 1 hour of research and the time it takes to figure your situation out. Please note, that as time progresses and we buy more and more equipment the chances of your situation being unique to us decrease.
Because every situation is different, we do not guarantee you will achieve your desired result, but we will do our best. This fee for 1 hour is charged regardless of the outcome.
However, if we are not successful, we will not charge more than this fee.
If success is achieved, you will be advised via email of what the additional cost will be but your cost will never exceed more than 3 hours without prior coordination.
Once we receive your payment, we will add your media files to your bkrvideos account within 24 hours.
(Your account gets automatically created when you purchase, the password gets sent when your media upload is complete).
